Maine Trail Finder Wins National Competition!

Today we found out that Maine Trail Finder won American Trails' Website Contest in the category of best "Trail Finding and Database Website." We are really excited to have been awarded this honor and committed more than ever to continue to expand, develop, and improve in the upcoming months and years. For us, the current site is only the beginning of much better things!

We continue to work with the Maine Department of Conservation's Bureau of Parks and Lands to put up Maine's public parks and lands as well as other organizations such as Portland Trails and many, many more organizations and funders to expand coverage across the state. Find Trails to see who those organizations have been!

Please spread the word and let others know about our great site! We currently have 77 trails live on the site in nine different counties but we have nearly 1000 trails identified for inclusion in the site! The more support we have from users and fans of our site makes it easier for us to locate the funding to expand to your area!
