This past week six new postings, encompassing three new parks, have gone. Bikers take note that two of these postings specifically highlight mountain biking!

Androscoggin Riverlands State Park is perhaps the most integrated park we have put up, to date, on Maine Trail Finder. To help users navigate the park’s many trails, we have highlighted our four promoted use types in separate postings—that means joining Snowshoeing are Cross-country Skiing, Hiking, and Mountain Biking. There are other uses allowed on these trails as well, including motorized uses, so users take note!

Similarly Bradbury Mountain State Park has a large network of great trails that include varied terrain, great views, and wildlife viewing. We have split this posting into Hiking and Mountain Biking to highlight these two distinct experiences at the park.

Expanding our Mid-coast region postings, Moose Point State Park has also gone live on the site. This park offers a short network of very family-friendly trails and picnic opportunities right off US Route 1 in Searsport.

Spring is coming. Get ready to get out and explore!
