Begin your day with outdoor yoga overlooking the beautiful Lake George! These classes will be led by a group of experienced volunteer yoga instructors who will guide you through a flow style class, appropriate for beginner to advanced yogis, to encourage a balance of flexibility and strength that will partner well with your active summer lifestyle!
Feel free to bring your own mat and blocks, but if you do not have these props, we have several to lend (first come, first serve). Props are sanitized after each use. In addition to yoga props, bring your water, sunscreen, bug spray, and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. Face masks are encouraged but not required.
Class begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. so please arrive 15-20 minutes early to sign in and set up your mat.
This program will be on the West Side of Lake George Regional Park. Drive to the parking lot then follow the road towards the open lawn by the water. An AmeriCorps member from Skowhegan Outdoors will be there to welcome you, get you signed in, and help you get set up for the class.
If you'd like to join us for this event, please preregister via the Skowhegan Outdoors website calendar.
