Come to see the fish return to Chemo Pond! And then stick around to enjoy:
The Museum's fishway was constructed by excavating a channel in the bedrock next to an existing dam, and includes a series of 17 weirs and rock pools leading to fish ladder. This structure now allows for fish passage upstream to Chemo pond and other stream habitats. NOAA staff will be on hand with information about Alewives and restoration efforts.
$10 for adults, $5 for kids ages 3-17.
