Come walk the woods at Evergreen Cemetery as we get to know native plants in summer. Four season walks are a popular series and a staff favorite: each year, we pick a new location, and then take the same walk, once per season. We will all engage in observing and asking questions of our surroundings, and identify the varied plants, shrubs, trees, ferns, and wildlife along the trail.
One of the many things we love about these walks is the opportunity to highlight native plant communities in a variety of settings. Evergreen is right in the middle of the city but full of life.
