Bathe yourself in the calm and serenity of nature on this meditative, healing walk to the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust Labyrinth at Crystal Spring Farm. Cleo Wolf, Acupuncturist and former Buddhist monk will lead this mindfulness based practice where participants will learn and practice usable mindfulness, meditation and Qigong techniques.
