A 5.9-mile race course including a flatwater section to start, followed by a longer and more challenging section with Class III rapids and a mandatory portage around Flat Rock Falls.
There is also a short race course, which ends at the bridge where the gauge is located on river left.
10:00AM start, pre-race meeting at 9:30AM at the put-in on ME-139 (Stream Road), near the intersection of Stream Road abnd Dam Road in Winterport.
Registration is day of race (no pre-registration) 8AM - 9:30AM at the Winterport Snowmobile Club (Pine View Drive in Winterport). Check or cash only. $25 non-ACA members, or $20 with ACA membership card. Discounts for families with multiple kids registering & discount for high school class.
