A short wooded trail from the parking area leads to the Marsh View Loop Trail. The southern leg of the loop is a wide gravel path with minimal grades.
The northern leg of the loop is slightly more challenging with narrower rustic tread and somewhat steeper grades, including a wooden staircase. It offers views down into what was an old gravel pit, and is now a cattail marsh frequented by many bird species.
A short spur off the eastern side of the loop leads to a bench with a secluded view of Scarborough Marsh and the railroad.

Scarborough Land TrustFrom US-1, head southeast on ME-9 (Pine Point Road). Go 2.1 miles on Pine Point Road, then turn left onto Seavey Landing Road, just before the Blue Point Congregational Church. The parking area for the trailhead is the first right after the church entrance.
