This pleasant and easy walk offers varying topography. From the trailhead, the Oaks Trail travels 0.3 miles though the woods, where it meets up with with the Pine Trail to the left (west) and the Erratic Trail to the right (north). Either of these trails may be taken to form a loop out to the 0.2 mile long Bluffs Trail. Elaborate stone work leads up to the bluff, and upon reaching the bluff there are incredible panoramic views of the Bagaduce River. A hike out on the Oaks Trail, looping around the Bluff Trail, then returning back on the Oaks Trail, makes for a hike of about 1 mile.
