This Mindful Outdoor Experience (MOE) is a slow and intentional guided practice where we can begin to reconnect to our senses and cultivate a deeper relationship with the land we inhabit. This offering features nature education, guided breathing, meandering in the forest, sensory activities, a sit-spot meditation, and a closing reflection circle. This practice is open to everyone, no prior meditation experience is necessary!
