Join the Maine Island Trail for a work day to clear island trails and campsites in the Stonington region. We will depart from downtown Stonington and head to an island to work for the day, breaking for lunch and returning by ~2pm. Transportation by skiff is provided, but please note there are no docks or facilities on the islands, so volunteers should be comfortable climbing in and out of the boat on uneven and slippery shorelines. All necessary tools are provided.
