Dave Rock Trail begins opposite the Goose Ridge Trail on the north side of the Freedom Pond Road. This rolling trail crosses land owned by the New England Forestry Foundation. The trail crosses beautiful riparian areas dominated by hemlocks and elevation rises from there until it skirts the edge of cornfields before coming out on Rte 220 in Knox. blue blazes
