Join us for our Fascinating World of Trees event series! Scarborough Land Trust's volunteer Master Naturalist, Lynn Thurston, will be leading a presentation on Tuesday, June 17th, and a walk on Saturday, June 21st, to explore the fascinating life of trees!
In the programming, Lynn will demonstrate how to identify different types of trees, their physiology, how they communicate with other plants, and how the Maine woods are changing. The presentation will serve as a lead-up to the walk and will begin at 6PM. at the Scarborough Public Safety Classroom. The walk will take place at Pleasant Hill Preserve, starting at 10AM.
